Gmail/Outlook Invalid Credentials (Failure) but “Access for less secure apps” already Turned ON

Try enabling IMAP

In Gmail, click the cog wheel (top right) to go to Settings > Forwarding & POP/IMAP and make sure IMAP Access is set to Enable IMAP
